Three (3) lillians for Tenkara rod repair. Each 3 inches long.
If your rod tip breaks off, you can epoxy a new lillian onto the stub for a quick repair. Use a straight pin to open up one end of the lillian and slide it onto the tip that’s just been coated with epoxy. You may need to sand down the broken tip a bit, but the lillian doesn’t have to go on too far. You can use a toothpick to coat the outside portion that’s covering the rod tip with epoxy as well.
Make sure the rod is assembled before gluing as you may not be able to feed the lillian section through the penultimate section afterwards.
